Swiftwick Shipping, Returns and Warranty
Swiftwick Canada does not ship outside of Canada.

Orders typically ship within two (2) BUSINESS days. During holidays and sale periods, orders without express shipping may be delayed an additional business day.
Transit times are out of Swiftwick Canada’s control, below are estimates that may not apply during holidays or inclement weather.
Canadian Shipping Rates
Free Shipping (On orders of $75 or more) - average of 3-10 business days.
Regular Shipping - $20 (On orders under $75) - average of 3-10 business days.
Express Shipping - $45 - average of 1-4 business days.
You will receive shipping confirmation and a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
At Swiftwick, we strive to make our customers’ return process hassle free. However, only full priced items purchased directly from Swiftwick Canada are eligible for a return or exchange at Swiftwickcanada.com.
Full priced items purchased from one of our authorized Swiftwick dealers should be eligible for return or exchange directly with that retailer.
For the first 30 days of after your purchase you may return full priced merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges.
All returns or exchanged items must be in brand new condition and have all original manufacturers packaging, materials and accessories.
Discounted items are not eligible for return.
Merchandise missing the original packaging will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The original manufacturer’s labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer’s packaging.
Merchandise that is returned and appears in a “used” condition will not qualify for a refund/credit.
Returning an Item
If your items qualify for return or exchange, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. for your Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.
Ship the parcel back to us freight prepaid. We do not accept COD or freight collect shipments. We recommend a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance. The return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not refundable.
Please allow up to 8 business days after we receive the package for your return/exchange/refund to be processed. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the return is processed.
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty no matter where purchased by original purchaser with actual proof of purchase. The manufacturer’s warranty includes workmanship and materials but not normal wear and tear.
Swiftwick’s warranty provides coverage for defects in manufacturing only, and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and theft. The warranty is valid only at Swiftwick. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Swiftwick will void this warranty.
Swiftwick disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages, for breach of written or implied warranty of an item, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our warranty provides specific legal rights; however, there may be additional rights for a consumer, which varies from state to state.
